Placement Drive 2024 – Aditya Institute of Management Studies
Glad to share that “Juego Studio Pvt Ltd” had visited our campus as part of ongoing placement drive for MBA students.
The company conducted three rounds of interview.
- Aptitude test
- Group Discussion
- Communication round.
Approximately, 85 students participated in the placement drive and 13 students were shortlisted for final HR interview.

Date : 10/09/2024 and Tuesday Timings – 3.30 Pm Onwards
It was delivered by Mr.Prakash Naik , Financial advisor.
Highlights of the workshop
- The session started with Insights into Retirement- Then & Now which showcased a difference of various generation retirement plans.
- Next the session continued with plans for 30 years of wealth creation and the resource person shared the facts and figures of investors in India .
- Mr. Prakash Naik initiated the talk on mutual funds and relevance on investing on the same from future returns perspective.
- The session continued with a concept on Systematic Investment plans (SIP)and Systematic Withdrawal Plans (SWP) and its insights with investment ideas.
The session was concluded with questions and answers and few tips on investment in mutual funds.

Day 2: Talk on ” Self Awareness ” and ” Setting Goal “.Day 3: Brief speech on ” Self Confidence “, and how it can be inculcated. Day 4: Important pointers regarding Self Management both in Professional and Communication Skills. Day 5: Concised information on Resume Building and Interview Skills. Day 6: Conducted ” Mock Interview “.UG final year students of BBA, BBA Aviation, BCom & BCA attended the Soft Skill Training. Participants enjoyed the session through fun games & activities.

Aditya Institute of Management Studies conducted FRESHERS DAY Celebration of UG & MBA Batch 2023-24 on Friday, 17th May 2024 at the campus Indoor stadium.
The occasion was graced by Chief Guest, Dr. M. Prakash,
Managing Secretary of Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges
Association, Principal of Seshadripuram College, Mentor & Advisor on Higher Education Academic Boards.
The program was presided by Dr. B. A. Vishwanath, Chairman, Aditya Group of Institutions & Vice Chairperson Dr. Priya Vishwanath.
Principal & Director, Dr. Pushpa Shetty welcomed the gathering.
Addressing the Fresher students, the Chief Guest Dr. Prakash advised students to work towards their goal, to be focused and advised them to be passionate about their chosen stream of study. He insisted on the necessity of developing the trending technical skills in this challenging era of Artificial Intelligence, which is replacing human manpower in the industry.
He also advised students to imbibe professional ethics in life and stay confident & optimistic in their professional & personal life.
Dr. B.A. Vishwanath, Chairman , Aditya Group of Institutions, congratulated the Freshers and wished the students to passionately follow their dreams and fulfill their academic & professional career aspirations at AIMS.
The inaugural program was followed by a glittering Cultural performances by the students.

An Initiative of IQAC & Institution innovation council organises- Advanced Excel with power BI training session for MBA final year students in association with Seventh Sense Talent Solutions.
The training was initiated by trainer Mr.Deepak Joshi an expert in core training like Advanced Excel,Java , CSS etc.
This training is launched to get job ready skills and students to progress from college to corporate .

Subsequent to Pre-Placement Talk, Interview was conducted for the post of International Sales Executive. UG final year students of BBA, BBA Aviation, BCom, BCA attended the Interview.
