Ms. Hemalatha & Ms. Sayeda Tasneem of BCom / BCA presented in the event PyP(Present Your Perspective )on ” Millennial as Master of Management ‘  – Making of Management Professional held on 4^th of April 2019 at Bengaluru Central University in association with BSBS.

Students  Channakeshava & Kavya  of BSc & faculty of Kannada department participated in the One Day State level Inter-Collegiate Competition on the theme: “Janapadageethe Gaayana Spardhe” in memory of “Janopakaari Doddanna Shetty” organised by SLN Arts & Science College, Bangalore on 16.03.2019. BSc II Year student, Ms. Kavya was adjudged as one of the winners in the competition.

BSc students Ms. Pooja & Ms Sneha B.S. participated in CME on Histo-techniques & Immunohistochemistry & presented a poster titled – ‘In Silico Screening of Compounds of Azadirachta Indica for agonist behaviour for Dopamine 2 receptor on 10^th of March 2019 at Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences & Research Center.

Participation in Inter – College Co-Curricular Activities 2018-19

UG Students participated in the IQAC sponsored  Intercollegiate “News Reading Competition” organised by the department of English of Government First Grade College, of Yelahanka on 25th March 2019.

BBA Students participated in Inter-college Management Fest “AARUSH -2019” organised by Bangalore School of Management Studies of Gitam University, Bangalore between 22^nd & 23^rd of February 2019.

Students participated & won in various such as Treasure Hunt  including the Best Manager Award.

Students of MBA & UG participated in the Inter-college Management Fest: Cotton Dextra 2k19” organised by Bishop Cotton Academy of Professional Management. Students won in majority of the events and achieved the “ Cotton Dextra Overall Championship” award.

Kannada faculty, Ms. Ratna Sriniva attended the One Day National Workshop on the theme : Vachana Saahithyada Bahuthvada Nelegalu”  on 16.05.2019 organised by Government First Grade College, Jayanagara, Yedeyuru in association with the Kannada Sangha, sponsored by Karnataka Collegiate Education department.

To unfold and reminisce the great literary work of all the leading authors of Kannada Saahithya , ” Punar Manana ” Program was conducted on 06.03.2019  by the Kannada department 

Students of Kannada department viewed and reviewed the documentary film on “ Chimpanzeegala gelathi Gengudala”  on 27.02.2019.

Students & faculty of Kannada department participated in the One Day State level Workshop on the theme: “Janapada Samshodhana Maarga – Naalina Saavalugalu” organized by the IQAC cell of Acharya Paathashala Arts & Commerce Evening College, NR Colony, Bangalore.

NSS Programs in 2018-19

NSS students participated in the ” Bengaluru Yuva Sammelana- 2018-19” organised by Bengaluru Central University NSS Cell in association with the  Dept. of Youth Empowerment & Sports of Government of Karnataka  on 17.03.2019 at Gurunanak Bhavan, Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore.

Students of MBA visited an NGO, Aim for seva, Attur, Yelahanka  as part of a NSS community activity on 05.01.2019.  Students interacted and spent the time qualitatively  with the inmates of the NGO, through learning and gaming activities.
