Aditya Institute of Management Studies & Research has organised Internal SMART India Hackathon 2024 on 25th September, for which 15 teams have participated and enthusiastically presented their innovative ideas in the field of Cyber security, AI, Wearable sensors, Agricultural Apps, logistics, EV vehicles and services and Pets transportation etc. The question & answer session by jury and participants have ignited their thoughts to take their ideas to next level.

The session emphasized practical applications, fostering an understanding of data-driven decision-making. 2) The workshop highlighted Tableau’s ability to connect to multiple data sources, allowing for seamless data integration. 3) Students gained insights into how visualization can be customized to suit specific business needs. The Session was graced by Chief Patrons, Dr. B.A. Vishwanath, Chairman, AGI, Dr. Priya Vishwanath, Vice-chairperson, AGI, Prof. Pushpa Shetty, Director, AIMS.

Students successfully created their own visualizations and dashboards using Tableau during the hands-on sessions, demonstrating a clear understanding of the concepts taught. Students expressed confidence in their ability to produce more compelling and informative business reports using the skills acquired.

The session started with Insights into Retirement- Then & Now which showcased a difference of various generation retirement plans.
Next the session continued with plans for 30 years of wealth creation and the resource person shared the facts and figures of investors in India .
Mr. Prakash Naik initiated the talk on mutual funds and relevance on investing on the same from future returns perspective.
The session continued with a concept on Systematic Investment plans (SIP)and Systematic Withdrawal Plans (SWP) and its insights with investment ideas. The session was concluded with questions and answers and few tips on investment in mutual funds.
