Aditya Institute of Management Studies and Research (AIMS&R), Bengaluru successfully organized an insightful seminar on AI for Future Managers on 21st September 2026 at the AIMS Seminar Hall, as an initiative of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Cell.

The session explored how Artificial Intelligence is transforming the world of business and management introducing students to powerful AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, Notion AI and more.

A key highlight was the hands -on workshop on Prompt Engineering, where students learned to create effective prompts for report writing, data analysis, presentations, email drafting, and market research. The session also highlighted how AI can automate repetitive tasks, support data-driven decision-making, save time, and enhance team productivity.

The seminar also emphasized the importance of responsible and ethical AI adoption in the modern corporate environment.

Students gained practical, job-ready AI skills and developed a better understanding of how AI can serve as a powerful assistant to managers—helping them work smarter, innovate faster, and lead confidently in the future of work.
