Event Description.


Aditya Institute of Management Studies proudly celebrated World Environment Day on 05 June 2026 at Government Primary High School (GPHS), Kogilu, Yelahanka, Bengaluru. The event was organized by the NSS and YRC forums under the theme “Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future.”
The celebration aimed to create awareness among school children about environmental conservation and the importance of protecting natural resources. MBA students actively participated in organizing and conducting various educational and cultural activities that highlighted the significance of preserving nature for a sustainable future.


The program commenced with an Invocation Song followed by a Welcome Address. A special speech on World Environment Day was delivered to educate students about environmental challenges and the role of individuals in safeguarding the environment. A thought-provoking skit depicting the importance of trees, the Earth, and rivers was presented by the students. Faculty members also contributed by performing songs carrying messages of environmental awareness.


To encourage participation and engagement, fun-filled activities such as Musical Chairs were organized for the school children. An Environmental Pledge was administered to inspire students to adopt eco-friendly practices in their daily lives. As part of the outreach initiative, stationery items were distributed to all students. Refreshments were served, and the program concluded with a Vote of Thanks.
