PRE-PLACEMENT & SOFT SKILL TRAINING PROGRAM

Highlights:
Aditya Institute of Management Studies & Research (AIMS), Bengaluru, an initiative of the IQAC, Skill Development & Placement Cell, successfully conducted a 7-Day Pre-Placement & Soft Skill Training Program from 02.09.2026 to 10.09.2026 for final-year UG students of B.Com, BBA and BBA Aviation, in collaboration with Magic Bus India Foundation. The sessions were facilitated by Mr. Thejas, with a focus on workplace readiness, self-awareness, professional and interpersonal communication, goal setting, cyber security and cybercrime awareness, group discussions, resume building, mock interviews and personalized feedback. The program witnessed active participation and engagement from the students throughout the training sessions.

Outcome:
The training program enhanced students’ confidence, communication abilities, professional readiness and interview skills, preparing them to face the corporate recruitment process with greater confidence. Certificates were distributed to the participating students today in recognition of their successful completion of the program. The program will further facilitate placement opportunities for the trained students supporting their transition from campus to the corporate world.
