Teachers’ Day is celebrated on September 5, the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan since 1962. Dr. Radhakrishnan was a philosopher, scholar, an exemplary teacher and politician who dedicated his life towards education and shaping up the youth of the country. He was also the first Vice-President of India and the second President of India. His contributions in the field of education are exemplary.
The Teachers Day at Aditya Institution was celebrated with reverence. Our Chairman Dr. B. A. Vishwanath felicitated his Guru Prof. C. R. Mahendra Setty of Nargund College of Pharmacy. Prof Setty advised the teachers on the importance of making the students knowledgeable and strong on the ‘basic concepts’ despite higher studies.
Our Chairman Dr. B. A. Vishwanath felicitated all the faculty members. With his motivational address to the faculty, stressed on the importance of application oriented and live project based studies which will elevate the students profile for placements.
Students rendered heartfelt tributes to their teachers by felicitating all the faculty members and thanked them for believing in them, guiding , motivating and enriching them with knowledge for better performance.
The day marked with a lot of enthusiasm and enriched with fun games & cultural activities.
