Highlights of the Seminar
The seminar was delivered by Ms. Rose J, Associate Onco-Psychologist, who shared expert insights using real-life case illustrations and practical examples. Interactive discussions helped students understand the link between mental health challenges and consequences of substance dependency. Emphasis was placed on stress, peer pressure, academic anxiety, and their role in influencing drug usage among youth. The session highlighted the role of counselling, family support, and institutional mechanisms in addressing mental health concerns.
